Keadle Land Company, LLLP was established in the late 1980's. Keadle Land's primary function was to purchase land and timber, then hold for inventory for Keadle Lumber Enterprises, our lumber manufacturing operation. In addition, Keadle Land would purchase land with higher real estate value and resale when the opportunities arose. Keadle Land served as a source for financing capital projects required for Keadle Lumber, which in turn improved the marketability of Keadle Land's assets.

In 2013, Keadle Land shifted its focus towards best timberland management practices in order to improve its return on assets. Keadle Land is seeking to grow its land base and is continuously reviewing purchase opportunities. Keadle leases hunting rights on its property on a year-by-year basis.
